Northern Manitoba is not particularly known for its strong musical collective so much as it is for its wonderful lakes and scenery, but this is exactly where Rodney comes in. Learning to play guitar at the age of 17 was soon followed by songwriting and singing, which took on a different style not usually heard in an area where country and gospel are the mainstay on the local radio stations. Never-the-less, Rodney continues to write music he enjoys and is determined to break the mold and bring a whole new musical taste to those willing to listen.
